Your account
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at brennanschachtnerphotography@gmail.comif you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 13 to have an account; someone under 18 should have a parent's permission.
Studios, clubs and contractors
- A studio is responsible for what it adds — its clients, rosters, photos, video, invoices and messages — and for having the right to upload and share the photos and video it delivers, including permission where athletes are minors.
- A club is responsible for who it invites and what they may see.
- A contractor works for the studio that books them, not for Sideline Office. Pay, rates and any agreement about the work are between the contractor and the studio; the app only records and shows them.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. We do not use your photos or video for anything else.
Payments
Studios pay a subscription for Sideline Office; prices are shown before you pay and can be cancelled at any time from Billing. Invoices, print orders and other payments to a studio are between you and that studio, processed by Stripe; questions about a charge go to the studio first.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sideline Officeto break the law, to harass anyone, to upload anything you have no right to share, to send spam, or to get into accounts or data that aren't yours. We can suspend accounts that do.
Text messages (Sideline Office Alerts)
What it is. Sideline Office Alerts are automated text messages about your work and your account with a studio that uses Sideline Office: job offers and assignments, booking confirmations and day-before reminders (which you can answer YES or NO), notices that photos or video have been delivered, invoice notices, and changes to a shoot's time or place. You only receive them if you agreed to, by ticking the box when you joined, in your settings, or on our text alerts page. Agreeing is never a condition of using Sideline Office or of buying anything.
- How often: message frequency varies with your bookings and account activity.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, from your mobile carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming it and no more after that. Reply START to begin again, or turn texts back on in your settings.
- For help: reply HELP, or email brennanschachtnerphotography@gmail.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How your number is handled is in our privacy policy; it is never shared for marketing.
The service itself
We work to keep Sideline Officerunning and your information safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using Sideline Office and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Sections about content, payments owed, and liability continue after an account ends.
Changes and the law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, United States. Questions go to brennanschachtnerphotography@gmail.com.
